At Motobike Jacket, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a return and refund policy that allows for returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

We offer a 15-day window from the date the order is delivered to the customers to be returned or exchanged. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You are entitled to a refund or return in the following cases:

  • Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Items with removed tags will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Returns due to sizing-related issues will not be accepted, as size selection is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Product Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition they were received, with all labels and tags attached.

Restrictions on Similar Product Return and Exchange:

Our return and exchange offer is not valid if the customer selects two similar products simultaneously. This policy prevents the practice of ordering multiple items for trial purposes, with the intention of selecting only one item. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Color Variations

Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to varying screen resolutions and the pictures shown on the website are captured using professional cameras with different lighting and graphic effects. Therefore, there will be a slight difference in the color of the actual product. We do not accept returns based on this.

Handcrafted Nature

Due to the handcrafted nature of our production process, may results in slight differences including stitching, cutting, color, texture, and overall appearance. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based solely on these variations.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and appearance of the jacket, we recommend following these care instructions.

  • Do not use any detergents, bleach, or other chemical cleaners on the jacket.
  • Avoid washing the jacket by hand or in a washing machine, as this may cause damage. Instead, The jacket should only be dry cleaned by a professional cleaner who is experienced in handling delicate garments.

Please note that failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to the jacket, and we cannot be held responsible for any such damage and the order will not be eligible for return or refund.

Additionally, Please note that Jackets damaged due to incidents such as sliding, falling on the ground, mishandling, improper care, or any other circumstance that leads to the jacket becoming stained, spotted, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

Zipper Care

Use zippers carefully. If a zipper becomes stuck, applying a small amount of petroleum jelly may help. Do not use excessive force, as this can cause damage, for which we will not be responsible.

No Returns for Personal Preferences

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for personal preferences, such as:

  • Change of mind about color, design, or style.
  • Comfort or suitability concerns or other factors, as these are subjective factors that may vary by individual.

Shipping and Quality Control Disclaimer:

Our QC department meticulously inspects each product before shipment, and photos are taken as proof of its perfect condition. Once dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for external factors, such as adverse weather conditions, that may impact the product during transit. Please note that orders affected by such circumstances will not be eligible for return or refund. Additionally, in the event of tampering with any sharp objects like knives or scissors, etc, resulting in product damage, we are sorry to inform you that affected orders will not be eligible for return or refund.

Moreover, our jackets are shipped only after thorough inspections by our QC department, and we maintain records of this process. Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) department will inspect the jacket conditions. If the jacket passes the QC inspection and meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. However, if any damage, stains, or other issues are found on the jacket that were not present at the time of shipment, appropriate charges may be deducted from the refund amount. We reserve the right to determine the extent of any damages and the corresponding charges.

Return Shipping Charges

Since we offer free shipping on the initial order, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges when returning items.

Restocking Fee and Merchant Fees Policy

In case of return, a restocking fee and merchant fees will be deducted.

Restocking Fee
This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing returned items, including inspection, repackaging, and restocking. The amount of the restocking fee will vary depending on the nature of the returned item and will be clearly communicated at the time of the return request.

Merchant Fees
Merchant fees are charges imposed by the merchant services provider for processing payments. These fees are deducted from the payment amount and are beyond our control, as they are directly imposed by the payment processing provider.

Please note that these fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.

Return Amount, Payment Method, and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once the returned item passes our QC inspection and is approved for refund, the refund will be initiated immediately.

Please note depending on the policies of your issuing bank, it may take 10 to 45 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. We’ll send you an email confirmation once the refund process is complete.
